December is incredibly powerful energetically. The incoming energies are increasing in intensity preparing us for the upcoming eclipse on the 14th as well as the Solstice and Saturn Jupiter conjunction on the 21st. As a result we are processing and integrating huge influxes of cosmic light. This light is expanding our consciousness amplifying our thoughts, emotions and feelings.
This is a time of deep purification as the imbalances you hold within all aspects of yourself and your life are being revealed. A deeper awareness of what needs to change is emerging bringing insight and clarity around things that may have previously eluded you. It is essential that you support your system while moving through this time of intensity. It can be a physcially uncomfortable process which requires you to rest, hydrate and use gentle exercise to shift and move the energy.
