The therapy and healing processes I offer facilitate and support your individual journey. You will find that my approach is compassionate yet practical, grounded and wholistic.
The solution and healing to so much of what troubles us spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically is often difficult to discover alone and conventional approaches often don’t fully address to the roots of our struggles, challenges and dificulties. I have witnessed first-hand and through over 20 years of practice and experience the phenomenal shifts, healing, changes and transformations that can occur when we get into the origins of our story, the roots of our wounding and trauma and unravel the entanglements that keep us stuck in turmoil, chaos, confusion and pain.
In my one-on-one sessions I bring a wealth of grounded experience, wisdom, knowledge, insight and tools that I have found to be most useful and effective in bringing about real and lasting healing and growth.
In every sessions I allow myself to be intuitively guided as to what is necessary and needed for your highest good.

During your consultation with me, I will draw on my experience and skills to support and facilitate your healing. Each session is unique as we address what needs attention and or healing in that moment.
All consultations are via Zoom. Once you book a confirmation email will be sent to you. On the day of your consultation you will receive a reminder with the Zoom link. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please make sure to give me at least 12 hours notice.
