ABOUT KATE

I know what it is to have your life fall apart.  And I know what it takes to actually rebuild it.

___________

For more than two decades I have worked withpeople who are stuck, in crisis, or carrying something they haven't been able to shift, no matter what they have tried.  I don't offer a formula, I offer something more specific than that.

What I have learned, through my own life and through two decades of working with others, is that understanding why something is happening and actually changing it are two very different things.  My work lives in that gap.

MY STORY

This work didn't come from training alone

___________

My own path into this work was not a gentle one.

I grew up in Apartheid South Africa, a childhood that was complicated, politically charged, and at times deeply unsettling.  I became a single parent young.  I left the corporate world to follow something I couldn't yet fully name.  I lost my brother to suicide.  I uprooted my life, moved countries, and came back again.

Each of those experiences brought me face to face with something real, grief, uncertainty, the kind of change that leaves you with no choice but to look honestly at yourself, and decide what you are made of.

I didn't just survive those experiences.  I learned from them what no training programme could have taught me: what it actually takes to heal.  Not to cope, not to understand, not to manage, but to genuinely shift something at its root and come out of the other side different.

From a young age I was naturally attuned to people, the emotional undercurrens in a room, the things left unsaid, the quiet forces shaping someone's life beneath the surface.  That attunement became the foundation of how I work.  But it was life itself that gave it depth.

These experiences are the foundation of everything I offer today.  Not as a badge of suffering, but as the source of the clarity, compassion, and directness I bring to working with other people.

You are not your past, nor your fears.  You are an infinite being, capable of infinite possibilities.

HOW I WORK

___________

What those experiences taught me, more than any training, is that healing is not a single event and it can't be rushed, forced, or packaged into a formula.  It is a gradual process of uncovering who you are beneath everything that has accumulated on top of you.

That is what I bring to every person I work with, and a genuine ability to read what is happening for you specificall in your life, your history, your body, and the times we are collectively moving through.  As such, my approach is integrated and holistic, drawing on a diverse toolkit. Each session is a collaborative process designed to meet you exactly where you are and support you in moving toward your highest potential.

Beyond 1:1 work, writing is how I extend this support more widely.

The Daily Inspirations I share through Spirit Pathways are short, direct reflections on the themes and challenges we all navigate, designed to offer clarity and encouragement for wherever you are right now.  They have become a touchstone for thousands of readers around the world.

My latest book, Navigating the Shift in Consciousness, explores the internal landscape of awakening and inner transformation.  What i actually means to change at a deeper level, and how to move through that process with honesty and grace.
