For over two decades I have dedicated and devoted my life to exploring and sharing new ways of living and being. My own personal journey has offered me many opportunities to heal, grow and learn. Spending most of my childhood and early adult years unsure and uncertain about my place in this world, the only constant was a deep desire to do something worthwhile, something that held meaning and substance.
Leaving the corporate rat race, a divorce, bringing up my children as a single mother and the physical illness and limitations I have experienced, have brought me important growth lessons and understandings.
I have always been sensitive and empathetic which hasn’t always been a gift or a blessing. However in my early 20’s I became conscious of my soul’s calling and discovered ways to harness by inner nature and direct it in ways that were self-empowering and fulfilling.
Studying and exploring healing and shamanism helped me to channel my inborn gifts and abilities into the work I now offer. I offer a creative mix of a broad range of therapies that I feel intuitively guided to bring into a session.
Originally from South Africa, I am now located in British Colombia, Canada where I work online with clients across the world.
I have been offering my insights and understandings through my writings and teachings for many years. Today the Daily Inspirations help and guide many as they journey through their process of awakening, healing and growth.
As a writer, my book Awakening the Heart, explains many of the complex spiritual concepts and gives insights on healing and awakening.
Pathways to Mastery is my signature personal growth and spiritual development course that incorporates indigenous wisdom, shamanic teachings and eco-psychology. It offers a step-by-step awakening, healing and transformational journey that takes one beyond the limitations of the past and into the expansiveness of the spirit and the soul.
