In these times of transformation, we are coming to recognise that everything changes. What we have known to be true shifts as our perspective expands and we begin to understand the deeper meaning that lies behind our experiences, our challenges and the difficulties we face and have faced. As a result, we are better equipped and able to let go of the familiar and navigate the turbulence of these changing times.
As you continue to loosen your grip on the past you are able to stretch beyond any inner limitations and into the expansiveness of your soul. Within this expansiveness your healing and growth is accelerated, and the old patterns of pain and suffering will dissolve. This can be destabilizing as what has defined you and your life until now is no longer relevant. Relax into this space and know that in due course you will find a new foundation emerging to hold and sustain you.
