This week an interesting energetic shift occurred, which is taking us into a lighter more expansive phase. As a result, our hearts are expanding and our intuition is being heightened, which will make us extra sensitive to what is occurring both internally and externally. Our compassion, creativity and intuition is increasing urging us to continue to surrender any attachments or expectations to how our lives should unfold. At this time, it is best to trust the process and move with the flow of change.
It is important to remember that whatever is occurring in your life is pointing you in the direction of your central purpose and the full embodiment of your soul. Currently you may be feeling blocked, held back, drained, depressed and or exhausted as the flow of your life force adjusts to the shifts occurring within the Earth. This adjustment may feel subtle or dramatic depending on your current situation. However, you should begin to notice a positive difference in your emotions as well as your mental state as you move into the weekend.
