KATE SPRECKLEY
My own journey of healing lead me to explore and experience many different healing modalities. From energy healing to family and systemic constellations I found my way to peace and a deep acceptance of my past and the challenges I’ve faced. Growing up in Apartheid South Africa with a narcissistic mother, going through a difficult divorce, single parenthood, leaving the corporate rat race and starting a spiritual business, loosing my brother to suicide and moving counties in my late 40’s brought different challenges and obstacles all of which I managed to not only survive but overcome. I live my life now in a space of abundance, gratitude and grace which allows me to navigate the twists and turns of a changing world with ease.
Throughout my life I have felt divinely guided and inspired. From a very young age I was able to see, sense and feel the presence of the Divine with me. That presence saved me at times when I thought I would not survive. I found safety and comfort in a spirit world that for many seems inaccessible and unimaginable. As a result I am highly intuitive and empathetic and have the ability to tune into energies both individual and collective with ease. For over 20 years I have used these abilities and gifts to facilitate healing and guide thousands across the globe.
I work with individuals who are willing and ready to dive deeply into their awakening, healing and growth journey. Private one-on-one sessions with me can include energy work, family and systemic constellations, coaching and intuitive counselling. I always allow my intuition to guide and direct a session guaranteeing that whatever is addressed is what is most appropriate for your healing and growth.

WRITING
I have been offering my insights and understandings through my writings and teachings for many years. As a writer, my book Awakening the Heart, explains many of the complex spiritual concepts and gives insights on healing and awakening.
Pathways to Soul is my signature personal growth and spiritual development program which offers a step by step journey of healing and growth. A blend of personal coaching, teachings, meditations and varied exercises it is a program that will deepen your awareness and understanding of yourself.
I was intuitvely guided throughout the creation of this program and all material is unique and meets you wherever you are on your path.
