When you are feeling fear your central nervous system is in overdrive. Your fight or flight response is activated and your senses are on high alert. Not quite the peaceful state we want to be in while manifesting a new reality. The following is a simple breathing exercise which will help you to consciously release whatever fear and anxiety is coming up at this time.
When you start to feel the fear or anxiety emerging stop what you are doing and observe the emotion. Don’t fight it, allow it.
Once you are feeling it begin to take six long, slow deep breaths. As you breathe out feel the stress, fear and anxiety leaving your body. Imagine that you are inhaling peace and calm, replacing the fear and anxiety.
You can use this exercise anytime you feel fear or anxiety surfacing. It will help you clear and release these emotions which are no longer serving you at this time.
